WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE APP?The chat board app provides information and features in the form of an interactive chat.
In this way, the user is guided safely and intuitively even through relatively lengthy or very complex processes.FOR WHOM IS THE APP PAID?The app can be usefully used by any user who belongs to an organization that has previously defined its own business processes together with the development teams of tepcon GmbH.
The individual configuration based on this then provides the right information (such as data sheets, circuit diagrams, instructions, etc.) or functions (such as a photo function, an order function, status update, etc.) at the right time in the process or proposed.
The range of information and functions depends, for example, on the location of the user, their access rights, the time of day or a QR code that has to be scanned in advance.Important note: As the process steps and options must be coordinated and individualized at the respective time, the app can only be used sensibly for customers of tepcon GmbH and their users or their customers.
To use some features, you may also need to give the app access to your camera, NFC feature or GPS location.HOW DO MY BUSINESS PROCESSES COME IN THE APP?If you are interested in this app and your application should be displayed and accompanied chat-based, contact the team of tepcon GmbH.
The deployment of the app is straightforward.
All we need is your information (process flow diagrams, datasheets, pictures, instructions, etc.), which we map as a process according to your wishes.
As soon as the processes have been finalized by you, you will receive individual login data and can start immediately.WHAT FUNCTIONS DOES THE APP OFFER?Our chat board app is intuitive to use and offers an almost unlimited variety of ways to handle business processes.
Some examples:- STORAGE MANAGEMENT: Use individual NFC chips, barcodes or QR codes to check in and document stock picking or storage operations.
Or ask within the chat, for example, for a stored product and get the place of storage.- DOCUMENTATION: Create meaningful logs, for example of damage to your own products or machines, and after recording the damage (e.g., via the cameras internal camera), simply go through the process of further processing, e.g.
Serial numbers, the date of sale, the customer name or location are queried fully automatically.- ORDER MANAGEMENT: With chat board you can easily transfer orders to (mobile) employees or subcontractors.
The employee or subcontractor, in turn, can accept or reject this order and easily update the order status (e.g., by automatically polling according to current position or time achieved).- MOBILE TIME FEATURE: Give your employees a simple way to record time.
Due to the connection to third-party systems (for example, to your ERP system), the times are not only recorded within the app, but also transmitted directly on request.CAN I TEST THE APP BEFORE WITHOUT CUSTOMER?A simple preliminary test is of course possible and also provided.
Simply use the built-in demo mode and get yourself a picture of the functions of the app in such a fast and uncomplicated way.
Please note, however, that the demo mode can not represent the full range of functions of the app, since this always results from the individual application.
